A visit to the Houses of Parliament
In June some of our South London Scouts #SLSCroatia23 team were invited to Parliament to be awarded their South London Scouts Shining Stars Awards. South London Scouts present our Shining Stars to people and groups of people whose outstanding commitment and achievements exemplify the positive impact we always strive to make within our communities.

A big South London Scouts thank you to Helen Hayes MP for hosting the visit and for presenting our awards today, and to the Scouts and Explorers from the 8th Lambeth Scout Group and 15th Lambeth Air Scouts, who supported the #SLSCroatia23 leadership team on the day.
Finally a big South London Scouts thank you to Niall Adams for taking the time to give us a guided tour of The Houses of Parliament - amazing to hear so much about the history and working of Parliament - thank you!
