An introduction to our adult learning

Our adult learning is designed to ensure that everyone that is volunteering with us has the skills and knowledge they need to carry out their role effectively. It is also designed to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, sound and exciting scouting to our members across South & South East London Scout County.

We’re moving from training to learning and development. There’s some learning for everyone but completing your wood badge will be optional.
